I ordered my new Utilikilt on Aug 13th....it's not my first UK...and hopefully won't be my last... but come on...They already took my money...and still don't have my kilt in stock to ship it to me?? it doesn't take that long to make a fucking kilt... I should know... my wife can knock out a kilt in 3 days... If I find out that they (UK) are simply stocking a bunch of kilts up to take to  Dragon*Con for Labor Day weekend... I'm gonna be a real fuckin pissed off customer...pissed off enough to never buy shit from them again..  At the very least... they better overnight the kilt (at their expense) and toss a fuckin t-shirt in with it.. yeah... I check the website several times a day to see if my size  suddenly pops up as in stock...or see if my order status has changed... but to get an email from them (after sending one asking for an update AGAIN) saying they haven't seen any in my size come from production in 2 weeks .. seems like they either need to get some new  people in production that will actually work... or they are working their asses off...but not for the ones that are already paid for...just to take to Dragon*Con (DC)...

yeah... I'll either be at DC to check myself... or I'll have friends there to check for me... if they have my size at DC  then they're gonna have a LOT of explaining to do...

I decided that enough was enough... 2 weeks after my credit card being charged.. and no kilt on the way..with no ETA of when it might be on the way..that's complete bullshit.. I emailed Utilikilt and told them to give me my money back..

Don't get me wrong... I love my Utilikilts... I really do.. but 2 weeks.. no kilt even on  the way?? it would have been one thing if I had ordered a kilt on the phone knowing the kilt was out of stock.. or even ordering online knowing it was out of stock... but to be told not only by the website that it was in stock, but by HIROSHI at Utilikilts that it was going to be shipped that day... and then told opps... bummer, it's not in stock after all.. that kind sucks. When I asked HIROSHI  if there was any updates I was told "So far, no luck. I have not seen many come in from Production in the past two week."    2 WEEKS?? and nothing from production?? I've worked at places that would FIRE everyone for not producing something for 2 fucking weeks. 

Will I order from Utilikilts in the future... I don't know... right now I'd have to say that the answer is no... unless they can get their shit together. There are plenty of other kilt makers out there that make products as good as UK.. some even better... hell my wife makes a better kilt.. might just spend that money on a lot of fabric and tell her to go nuts.

(note.. I had to initiate the emails with them, they wouldn't have said a thing if I didn't ...and I had to ask for an update..not cool)
